6.8 Event Log

The Amber Basic maintains a log file of the last 250 events. The event log can be uploaded to

the Amber Basic PC Remote Programmer.

Event # – Lists events in numerical order.

Zone/User # – Displays the wireless device number or zero “0” for a system event with the

user number.

Event Type – Type of event.

Date and Time – Displays the date and time of the event.

To upload the event log table

1. Perform login.

2. Select the Event Log table.

3. Click the Upload Table icon on the toolbar

The Amber Basic PC Remote Programmer uploads all events in the table. A log file can

contain up to 250 events in FIFO format (first-in, first-out), whereby new events overwrite

the oldest events.
